Experience a magical moment underwater to discover the seabed in complete safety supervised by an SSI instructor (state-certified)
Before you start your new experience, you can calmly study the theory on your computer, tablet or smartphone with the SSI Digital Training.
The introduction to diving or "basic scuba diving" is a course during which you will discover the complete equipment and its use, you will learn the main safety rules and communication codes. These elements will then allow you to explore the seabed with an instructor
The training includes 2 dives : For the first one, we will equip you with all the equipment and then we will reach our diving base located 150 m from the Centre where you will learn the first important steps to manage a dive, for the second one, you will embark on our boat towards the islands of Lérins or the Esterel where you will make a dive with an instructor (maximum 6 meters deep) for half an hour and thus practice in a natural environment the knowledge acquired during the first dive.Before and after the dive you can rest on the boat or swim with your snorkeling equipment in the surrounding area under the supervision of an instructor.
The SSI Basic Diver certification is recognized as the first dive of the SSI Open Water Diver course.
The total duration of the activity is about 6 hours, 2 hours for the first dive and 4 hours for the second dive
