First Dive - Discover scubadiving in Fréjus

Discover the feelings of weightlessness and breathe underwater (6m max) !

Spend an afternoon at sea on an island near Saint-Raphael and after a briefing on the activity, you will dive with confidence with a certified instructor for about twenty minutes (one instructor per person).

Unique experience to live at least once in a lifetime: discover the feelings of weightlessness and breathe underwater (6m max) !

You will spend an afternoon at sea on an island near Saint-Raphael and after a full briefing on the activity, you will dive with confidence with a certified instructor for about twenty minutes (one instructor per person) who will introduce you to Mediterranean life (fish, octopus, sea urchins, starfish etc).

Before and after your dive, you can swim and snorkel around the island (we stay about 90 minutes on site).

Tea and sweets on the boat (! COVID-19! : currently consider taking your bottle of water because we can no longer offer tea and sweets!)

A First dive certificate will be issued for your first underwater experience when we'll be back, around 5 p.m.

This activity is open to all from the age of 8 (parental permission required for minors).

You need: swimsuit, water, sunglasses, towel (and warm clothes for the chilly).

First time diving for us as a family of four! Thanks to Ange, Julie and the rest of the team, for giving us all a great experience. Our teendaughters were a bit intimidated for their first dive but thanks to the calmth, patience and humour of Ange and Julie they could completely relax and enjoy their dive. That made it easy for us as parents to relax too, so we could enjoy our dives!

Thanks to the team and for all people still in doubt wether to do this or not: don’t hesitate and book your (first) dive at Port Fréjus Plongee!
